Harbor One enjoys a prime location on the Connecticut River immediately inside the Old Saybrook, CT breakwater and Bell 8. Over the years, Harbor One has made continuous enhancements to its beautiful facility, enlarging capacity, and recently adding state of the art Wi-Fi technology. The marina can accommodate 85 boats ranging from small open boats up to 150' yachts. The dockhouse stocks basic boating supplies, and both gasoline and diesel fuel are sold at the main dock.

Being located so close to the entrance to the river also provides breathtaking vistas of landscape, seascape and water fowl. The marina itself is equipped with a heated pool and a charming gazebo located on the breakwater to the Cove, so those lounging by the pool enjoy the best of the cooling Long Island Sound breezes and the shoreline sunshine. The pool house contains a laundry room, dressing rooms, lavatories and showers for our guests. A bistro which serves light fare, is located on the premises and several fine restaurants are but walking distance away. Close by, in the village of Old Saybrook and the surrounding area, are many excellent restaurants and attractions, including stores, a movie theatre, churches, clinics and several museums. Taxi service is available to town and the surrounding area. There is also an Amtrack train station located in town.

The dockhouse is open 8AM to 8PM, during peak season, which is June 1 to September 1 seven days a week.  During the off season, May 1 to June 1 and September 1 to November 1, hours are 8AM to 6PM every day.
